Terms of purchase

1. General provisions

These terms govern the purchase of products through the Cvecka online shop.

2. Purchase agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer confirms the order by clicking the “Pay” button.

Before confirming, the customer can review the products, the price and the terms of purchase.

An order confirmation is sent to the customer’s email address.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Serbian dinars (RSD).

Available payment methods:

• Online by card (Visa, Mastercard, Dina)
• Cash on pickup in the shop

Card payments are protected by the 3D Secure system.

4. Delivery

Available delivery methods:

• Pickup in the shop – Dzordza Vasingtona 50, Belgrade (free of charge)
• Delivery to an address:
  • up to 1.5 km: 1,000 RSD
  • 2–5 km: 1,500 RSD
  • over 5 km: 2,500+ RSD

Delivery time depends on product availability and on the location.

5. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 1 hour.

Returns are possible for potted plants and accessories, with prior notice by email or phone.

6. Complaints

The customer has the right to file a complaint if a product is faulty or does not match the order.

7. Privacy protection

Personal data is used solely to process orders, in accordance with our Privacy policy.

8. Final provisions

All relations are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
