Returns and refunds

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 5 days of receiving the product.

The right of return applies to:

• Potted plants
• Vases and accessories

The right of return does not apply to:

• Fresh cut flowers and bouquets
• Products made to a custom order

Conditions for a return

The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with the receipt enclosed. The request must be submitted within 5 days.

Procedure

Contact us by email or phone, state your order number and wait for instructions on returning the product.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same method as the original payment.

Costs

• The customer bears the cost of the return
• If the seller made the error, the seller bears the cost
